The chair arrived broken twice. First time there was a big crack at the back wood horizontal panel. The customer service were nice and send me the replacement. Unfortunately, the second-replacement chair arrived broken too. I returned it. The chair itself looks nice and comfortable to sit. I wish someone responsible check the packaging before sending the chairs. In both situations, outer boxes was big and strong, but the chairs inside was loose.

Beautiful chairs, they look so much more expensive than they were, perfect for our space. Well worth the cost and they come fully assembled which is definitely an added bonus! Arrived quickly and the more we sit in them the softer the leather becomes. Definitely recommend, don’t think twice, just order them!

Ordered it twice and both came broken. Design is preassembled and it clearly can't survive the shipping process. Such a shame as it is a beautiful chair.

I purchased two of these leather lounge chairs. They are well constructed and are perfect for my home office.

Love this chair. It fit into our space and decor perfectly.
