This chair is great! Allows you to sit in sort of a kneeling position leaning forward with your shins on the front support. The back feels comfortable and keeps the pressure off your back. It definitely improves your posture and you are in a comfortable working position! So glad we bought this!

The chair is very hard to assembly, the instructions are not clear enough, I tried youtubing the info, nothing available. It took me 45 minutes to put it together. I took the sitting part down 3 times and put it in different positions before I realized that the way the chair is built, it comes with a very steep angle. Also, this chair is very uncomfortable, the back part puts additional pressure on the lower back. It forces the user to be kneeling at all times, because if you take out the knees from the pad the inclination is so steep the person slips down. I also tried to use it without the back part, and is more comfortable, hence the 2 stars, but there are many chairs in the market without the back part that cost less. Also, be aware that the Wayfair returning policy is very bad and not client friendly. I paid $163 for this chair with a free shipping, now to return it I will only get $144 back. Most likely I would never buy from Wayfair again. The same chairs with better customer service are available at amazon.com. Uncomfortably tilted seat puts much weight on knees and legs causing pain even after just 10 minutes of use! Bad purchase.
