I want to like this chair but there's a number of problems with it: 1. Adjusting the back rest relies on a cam which provides friction at a point when the back rest meets the seat. This cam is of a poor design and it sticks even when released -- which prohibits fine tuning of the backrest height. 2. The armrests pivot but don't lock in place to the positon you want. So if you ever bump the armrest accidently, the entire armrest moves in a direction you don't want. 3. For something which retails for over $300, the packaging was of very low quality. The metal bar on the backrest was poking through the box when it was delivered. The box in which it's packed is flimsy and doesn't have any internal reinforcement to help protect your chair. 4. This chair is tiny. The pictures make it look bigger than it really is. If you're a larger and taller person, you will not want to purchase this chair.
