The seat tilt function on the chair was stuck and would not move. I eventually got it to move by sitting on it and applying a lot of effort, but it made a scraping noise and didn't move smoothly. I eventually lubricated it with WD-40 in several areas, sat on it and moved it back and forth many, many times, and freed it up so that it performed like the same chair that we previously ordered. Poor quality control during the manufacturing process, and I know that this is your in-house brand (Symple Stuff).
