I gave this 3 stars average but first the 5 star aspects. It’s smooth going up and down, roomy and the finish is a nice, smooth and sturdy. The reasons for the 3 overall is size and in my opinion a design flaw. The 31 inches or 36 inches long is great and helpful to determine how much desk coverage you want. The listing claims the width is 23 inches however they don’t include the tray which is another 8 inches leaving it sticking out over my desk making it awkward when sitting down and when viewing it when not in use. Also when all the way down it doesn’t sit anywhere close to flush which is not an issue for me but something to note. See above for pictures of all described.

Great desk!! The only assembly required is to attach the keyboard tray, which only took a few minutes. The height of the desk is adjustable so you can raise only as much as you need. Large enough to fit 2 monitors.

We are very pleasantly surprised of the quality of this desk. It has a good weight that makes it very stable, and was built really well with quality materials. The height is perfect and adjusting it is flawless and takes little effort. Highly recommended!

I work in an industry that requires hours and hours of sitting. This was an awesome was to break up the redundancy of my day. I can raise and lower my work station with ease. Easy to assemble but the weight of the item may require the help of another person.

This adjustable standing desk converter is better than described or pictured. It is so sturdy. The metal framing pieces are quality and strong. The desktop and keyboard material has a smooth finish and is sturdy. Looks like it will stand up to wear and tear of a mouse and gaming activities. The piston system raises and lowers the desk very smoothly. My son has a large monitor and it raised and lowered without any issue. The desk converter was packaged very well. There was styrofoam for protection and corner protectors to keep the internal packaging safe. It was easy to put together with the provided screwdriver, screws, and brackets. It was helpful to have another person to assist when attaching the keyboard tray but it definitely would not be necessary. My son is a gamer and serious computer user. He loves this adjustable desk. It gives him the options he was looking for during long days of homework or gaming. Highly recommend. High quality item.
