Perfect apt dining table that feels like a small step up from bistro table. Comfortable for two and cozy for 4. You need a Phillips head screwdriver which is not included but assembly really does take under 30 mins. Easy to extend or close leaf with wooden supports underneath.

The table is a perfect size for our kitchen. I love the shape and the finish and the color and the style and that it has two side leaves that can drop down to make it smaller if needed. I really love it.

The Framingham Drop Leaf Dining Table was an excellent find. This table is great for smaller spaces or larger area with the leaf locked in place. The table is a beautiful Blue color and study built. We are very happy with this purchase and highly recommend.
