The book case looks beautiful. The item was shipped in two separate packages. One for the shelves and other for four sides of the bookcase. The second package took almost two months to arrive. The wayfair customer service was nice to keep me updated and posted.

It took me 8 months to receive this product. Instead of shipping the entire unit, they sent it piece by piece and often the wrong pieces. There were many phone calls with little resolve or compensation. Once we finally got the last box and had it assembled a number of the pieces are chipped. Overall, it’s a cute piece. We paid too much and Wayfair was hard to work with.
