The sofa is fine but my delivery and installation experience has been pretty frustrating. First, it was a challenge to schedule delivery from the local company. I had paid for full service installation for both the sofas. When the sofas arrived, we found that one of the sofas didn't have the feet. The delivery team asked me to note it down on the paperwork that they had, and they took a picture of the missing feet, assuring me that they will inform Wayfair and that there would be a follow up. Nothing happened for a week or so, and so I contacted Wayfair. They had no knowledge of the issue that was noted on the paperwork. So I wonder how would one have communicated the issue to them? Over email with the customer service representative, I was given the option for a 30% off if I didn't want the feet and accepted the product as is, or have the sofa fixed. I chose the latter. Since I paid for full service and the missing part was not my fault, I expect that Wayfair will send someone to fix the issue, but I seem to have received some parts in the mail. the sofa is pretty heavy and I am not sure how or why I am supposed to install the feet. I am really disappointed in the delivery and installation service.
