I’m m happy with this chair. I especially like the lumbar support and headrest. They are comfortable and provide strong support for my waist and head. I had a different office chair before, but it couldnt support my head and waist properly it was just a simple home office chair. Recently, Ive been experiencing gradually increasing pain in my neck and waist, and I realized that I needed to change my office chair for the sake of my health. So, I chose this chair. The lumbar support and headrest are my favorites, and they have really relieved my pain. By the way, the backrest can be locked in three different angles, allowing you to use the chair for work, relaxation, or even sleep. Its really nice!

This chair is not as comfortable as I thought it would be. I had to pay to have it assembled and if I could do it over again - I'd go into a store to try out the chair before paying for assembly.

Product as advertised, sturdy with quality attachments. I did hire for chair assembly. Footrest is very nice touch.

Chairs exactly what I wanted to upgrade to from a gaming chair with half the features and 100$ more, for this price and the quality it's perfect

Cons: This chair does NOT support my upper back or neck at all. When seated properly in the chair (feet on the ground, arms at 90 degrees, and lower back against the lumbar support) my upper back is about 5-6" away from the rest of the chair. The only way for my back and neck to be supported is to recline almost 30 degrees in the chair. If I recline that far back I can barely reach my keyboard tray. I have to put pillows behind my upper back if I want any support. Pros: Easy to assemble. Seems sturdy. Lumbar support is nice.
