It came to us a little damaged with a lot of wood glue or something on the underside which is kind of disappointing considering the cost. It’s a pretty table; I just wish it would have come to us without blemish.

Truthfully, I’m sorry I ever ordered from Wayfair. One chair was assembled, even though it had a dent. You can’t tell me the worker assembling the chair didn’t notice it. My order came in 2 separate shipments and I was guaranteed “white glove delivery “ but when the 2nd shipment arrived, the employees would not assemble the first shipment because it was not part of the shipment they delivered. Two days later, I’m still waiting for Wayfair to respond to my issues.

The entire delivery was frustrating. One box was delivered before the others. The other boxes were scheduled to be delivered and I received texts throughout the day stating the delivery was on its way until it wasn’t. Another delivery date was scheduled but once delivered, the driver said they didn’t have time allotted to assemble the first box. Seriously, I’m sorry I ever purchased any of it. I was assured, no worries. All would be assembled, when the final delivery arrived. Now, I have to try to assemble the last two chairs. A 73 year old, recent widow with arthritic hands. Yay me. I now noticed one of the chairs your staff assembled is damaged. Really? They didn’t notice this? I want this rectified.
