Screw in arm would not stay in place, kept falling apart. Packed it up & called to send back. Wayfair needed a picture of screw that was already packed up. Customer service was rude & not helpful at all. Will never buy from Wayfair again. Not worth the stress if there is a problem & the service person yelled at me when I tried to explain problem. As I’m in my 70’s I don’t appreciate bad products or service.
