Lots of scratches on the wood. Not easy to put back in the couch position. But otherwise I like it. It is very comfortable.

Fairly straightforward assembly. Delivery was very quick and easy. Only problem is that the mattress is very top heavy, and much more of it goes up and down than on the seat. It also has seams that go up and down that look strange in person. All in all, we like it and it’s perfect for the room

I got the queen sized futon, great for big people but little people might find it a little uncomfortable to sit in. Make sure you have some help putting it together it's tough to do alone. The assembly video on the manufacturer's website is super helpful.

Its ok. When its in setup as a couch, i dont like that the top overlaps quite a bit. Its a hassle to put it in bed mode. Sturdy as hell but man this just wasnt what I thought it would be. overall pretty disappointed.
