Hello. I liked the bed in general, with the exception that there was not enough flying, and the bracings were not correctly attached to the side plank. I wrote to the support service to help us. The first time they answered me, they asked clarifying questions, I answered them and then silence after that everything disappeared. On this, the work of the service is disrupted. My daughter was upset too

Cracked in one place when we got it and more cracks have emerged - guest bed so very little use - had one month. Daughter will be using going forward now as we convert her room back to a nursery. Disappointed especially for the price.
