Couch came perfectly packaged. No issues. Only hard part to assemble was getting the sides to interlock, which took several attempts. It is a bit stiff but that is ok with us and obviously a lower backprofile however that is exactly what we wanted to go under our big window. We bought with 2 grayish leather recliners and the color scheme with the rugs and rest of house works perfect for us but I was nervous about mixing the colors. Only complaint is the middle section the back height is a bit lower than the rest of couch which is odd, we will probably just put a throw blanket over top.

It looks beautiful but the cushions are very hard.
