Bought this hoping it was good quality but it's not. It's a hard plastic and smelled bad due to the paint on it. Would not buy again and would not recommend it. Also came broken, definitely not worth the price.

It’s garbage! Not worth the even if not broken when delivered. The description states that it is solid wood, but for some reason the outside is coated in some plastic type material that gives it a terrible texture. Many small areas have white patch material that is not coated with this outer material so it sticks out. In addition our came with a crack in the base near the corner and the top part of that corner is totally brokenseparated. Working with the manufacturer now to get it returned and credited.

We love the functionality of this coffee table! It looks nice, is solid & has the lift top my husband was hoping for.

Happy with this purchase . Very well built and I see other reviews talking about this not being real wood . Its real wood . Theres a protective coating on this and its fine .

This coffee table came in very damaged. the panels on the drawers seemed to be made of particle board. Very rough and very cheap

I love the style and concept behind this coffee table. The lift mechanism works great for me. However, the quality - not so much. As others have said, the stain/finish job was marginal. It was uneven. Along the inside edges where two pieces of wood meet there were 1/4” spots where there was no stain at all. Not sure what kind of wood is used in this, but it is very light wood, so the missed spots were obvious. I bought this knowing that I was going to stain it darker anyway so the missed spots were not an issue for me. The coffee table arrived with a few dings and two boards with small cracks in them. A bit of glue and stain resolved those issues. Since the coffee table is heavy, I added wheels to the bottom to make it easy to pull-up to the couch when I want to use the lift top.

this is not solid wood, it is fake wood and the top was missing screws when I received it, also the box that it was delivered in had holes and tears in it and the top of the table had a gouge on it.
