We're so happy with our new dining chair. Before purchasing we asked whether this chair swiveled freely and we were told that it does. That isn't quite true, it swivels pretty easily, but not as freely as our older swivel kitchen chairs did, and for that reason we couldn't give a full five star rating. It would have been a four and a half if we could've clicked a half star. We'll be purchasing more soon to complete our set. Well we purchased four more chairs and they don't even match the original chair we bought. The first chair had two tucks in the back, the four newer ones only have one tuck in the back. One of the newer chairs actually started coming apart at the joints in the wood. Unfortunately, Wayfair says they're no longer manufacturing this chair, therefore they can' t replace it, they can only give us a refund. We'd rather have a working chair that's not falling apart.

The chairs arrived assembled, are comfortable and roll easily.

Chairs came completely assembled. Three of the four chairs are perfect.One leg on the 4th chair has a problem. The metal bar which holds the wheel sticks down about 3/4 of an inch and is visible. The rest of the legs are fine.
