Swivel 28'' Stool (Ensemble de 2)

Couldn’t put it together, there were only 4 steps, the third step was literally impossible, first it wasn’t clear enough, second with all possibilities it will never attach the seat part to the swiveling part and the legs appropriately, and the chair will never swivel!! Then they surprise you in step 4 that the assembly is complete!!! Very disappointed, I returned them and I had to pay the shipping back although I clarified everything to Wayfair! The manufacturer wanted to contact me to clarify how it should be done, I refused because they should fix their product and clarify the manual instead of communicating individually with each buyer.
