I think the cases are beautiful but the fact that wayfair did not deliver the complete set we ordered. Then they would not agree to send the missing bookcase. It is hard to understand how you can do business this way. I recommend that honesty and good customer service can take you to greater success. It won’t likely be from me. Selling an item or product that you cannot delver is terrible business practice. You leave your customers in frustration and disappointments.

Looks great except it arrived missing one set of book case - we ordered 3 bookcases plus ladder but it arrived only two bookcases. Customer service solved the problem quick and easy.
