I thought it was solid wood as described in the description, but its only manufactured. I only opened the box to see it and did not touch anything inside. I got a refund, but still have to pay 70$ for the return even though the description information was misleading. Update: they offered me 20% discount to keep it which was around 90$. So I decided to keep the frame and buy real wood planks to replace the tablets with that money. Everybody wins, just a bit more work for me.

I love this bookshelf! It fit my decor wonderfully. I still have plenty of space for additional books and/or knickknacks.

Not the best directions, but we figured it out. I appreciated the extra bolts. Some of the holes were not perfectly lined up and a couple of holes weren’t bored big enough. But we were able to get it together.
