Going to return this because the holes don’t line up at all. Got to about 75% completion and that’s when the issues presented themselves. The back wall needs to be lined up and screwed into the waterfall shelves. No matter the wiggling or squishing or anything else, one hole is about 1” from where it needs to be. When putting in the top half of the backing it’s off by appx 3”. Wasted 3 hours on thanksgiving to try and build this thing only to find out it doesn’t work at all. Yellow is where the hole is, red is where the nail comes in. Also, where the flap part of the waterfall is attached, it uses a really short screw that pops out with even the slightest pressure or movement. It might as well not even be more than a dowel. Actually, a dowel would probably prove more useful. Highly disappointed in this product as it was so pretty. Was going to originally return it because we didn’t have the space but didn’t want to pay the return shipping fee so we rearranged everything to get it to fit. Now I really regret not paying that fee to be rid of this thing sooner.

I absolutely adore this bookshelf and I can’t wait to fill it with all my books. First I need to mount it to the wall. It was time consuming to assemble but very easy with extremely clear instructions. Highly recommend

so far while this looks awesome. putting it together is horrible. the pieces dont line line up with back cover. i have disassembled it twice and tried to rebuild guessing i did something wrong but to no avail. and customer service has been useless. its disappointing. i have never had such a poor experience with wayfair but i can assure you i never will again. as it stands i can not assemble it so it is a lot of wasted money

Sturdy looks great in my office. I definitely recommend this book shelf. Would purchase this again
