garbage .. the wheels fall off very easily. Additionally a plastic retainer that is already broken in half after 3 months of average use. trying to get resolution or at least a replacement part that will cost less then 3 cents and cant get anyone to talk to me since it is outside the return window (of 30days)

This chair was very simple to put together and is so comfortable to sit in. So far, I have no regrets about buying this chair for my work-from-home office and would recommend it if you're looking for a wide chair to sit on that is very comfortable.

RAWR! We absolutely love this chair! Its so cute and whimsical. And better yet, its extremely comfortable. The cover is so soft. It was easy to put together instructions were strait forward. the fact that you can fold the arms down is a big plus.

So cute and extra soft! It literally feels like you are snuggling up with a giant teddy bear. Unmatched comfort and adjustability with this chair. The armrest height and angle is adjustable you can even move them backwards so they are tucked away neatly. The tilt feature has adjustable tension, and the wheels glide smoothly, even over my shag rug. The seat cushion is thick and supportive. The kitty cat face and ears are the most adorable thing, I couldnt be happier with this item!
