Following an incomplete product delivery and multiple service issues, I was given the option to cancel the original order and place a new one. As compensation, I was offered a 10% discount on a future order, which I was told could be applied when reordering the undelivered product. However, when attempting to place the new order, the 10% discount could not be applied. After spending more than one hour with Customer Service, I was informed that they could not offer more than a 5% discount. This was confirmed even after escalation to a supervisor. The situation was highly disappointing and raises concerns regarding the consistency and fairness in the application of the compensation that was originally offered by Wayfair. My friends warned me that Wayfair was not as fair as it promotes itself to be, and based on my experience proved them right.
