Canapé 60 po en velours et fauteuil d'appoint 2 pièces pour salon, ensemble de fauteuils relaxant de style Mid-Century avec structure en bois massif et coussin moelleux, fauteuil de lecture avec dossier

My couches arrived today, and I’m opening the packages. So far, they all look very cute and I like them. I’ll share pictures once they’re fully assembled. Even though they were delayed, my items have arrived—thank you!”

Only a part of the set was delivered. Spoke to Anika she said it’s all in the box open it. So I opened it and only one part of 3 piece set inside. I called back and Michelle hung up on me, so I called back and spoke to Ingrid who transferred me to another Michelle who confirmed there is a new delay on the 2 other pieces and that they are still at the warehouse!! This is a truly disappointing experience and customer service is lacking also.

Easy to put together, great quality works perfect in our personal training studio lobby area for clients to sit before or after sessions.

The sofa has only a few pieces which made for a simple setup. Real wood for the framing and armrests, solid construction. The baggie of nuts and bolts included extras of every single piece needed, but non of the nuts were included for the bolts. After a few dollars spent at the hardware store I was able to actually assemble the frame. It's fairly comfortable, and easy to clean. The back is pretty much vertical, but is still quite comfy. The velvety type material shows hand prints, etc., really easily!

The sofa chair a pretty reasonable assembly that did not take a lot of time. The cushion is thin but provides a nice play to sit. This piece is great for a reading nook or smaller space. Brown color is a good neutral in a room.
