cute sofa the cushions are fairly soft and comfortable. We replaced our motorhome sofa with it. Love the denimish color!

I don't even know where to start. I had a disastrous experience with this couch/the delivery. First off, I ordered this couch in BEIGE VELVET. I received it in GREY VELVET. I decided to try and assemble it anywho since I already opened the humungus box. During assembly, my friend (that I had to flag down to come help me assemble it since i live alone) noticed that the back right where one of the legs go in is completely broken so the leg could not be properly screwed in. This made the couch slouch to one side. So not only did Wayfair send me the wrong color, it was also DEFECTIVE. It took MULTIPLE calls and emails to get this sorted out. I was promised by someone on the phone that a customer care rep would call me to make things right. They never called. They also promised someone from the furniture supplier would reach out to sort out a replacement as well and they never did. Instead someone from the resolutions team emailed me. Not only did they not have any sense of urgency, they had the AUDACITY to tell me i might need to box up this broken wrong colored couch to return if i simply want to do a return. After following up with multiple emails, i was able to get them to send me a replacement. I now have the correct couch at home. I had to book a person to help me assemble it as i'm exhausted dealing with all of this. Upon assembling the replacement, I noticed that the broken couch was missing a middle leg in which the replacement had. All around a mess! So i ended up having to dispose of trash twice AND paying someone to assemble for me. Once done, i contacted wayfair again to ask for a discount for all of my troubles and they flat out told me NO because i received a replacement. PATHETIC "CUSTOMER SERVICE". DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM WAYFAIR. THIS IS THE LAST TIME.

Fast shipping, soft and comfortable, easy to assemble! Can’t complain

Very poor quality cushions. Within a few months the cushions started to deform. I live by myself so this couch is very lightly used. The cushions are no very uncomfortable to sit on. Wayfair customer service was very unhelpful and said they can’t do anything. I would not recommend buying this couch.

Absolutely adorable and super easy to assemble. Love it!!!
