It’s comfortable but it does not hold its shape nor does the top half actually fully expand. I took a chance on this item and perhaps they could use some improvement in the construction of the chair.

I am so happy with this purchase! It is incredibly comfortable! I could sleep in it! It's made very well and high quality. I love it. It IS a little hard to get out of because it sits a little low so if you're older like myself you might need help out of it. Or just stay in it and take a nap lol
