Originally received one that did not expand well (most likely due to being compressed in the box for too long, is my guess). Received a replacement that expanded well immediately - did not need to wait the suggested 12 hours. It is more comfortable with a small pillow for back support. The original one I received required me to break the foam apart as it was severely stuck. The new one did not require this. Overall, decent for a foam chair. I like the wide length as it is comfortable to sit cross-legged.

The couch itself is great, it’s the perfect two person casual small sofa for my room. Sturdy but we’ll see how it holds up. But: My main complaint is that it took forever to ship. I asked for expedited shipping and I didn’t get it until a week after the expected date. Also the packaging itself came with two huge wooden planks that are a huge inconvenience to get rid of and made the package so much heavier than the actual couch itself. I understand it was to condense the couch into the packaging, but I will have to pay for someone to pick up this waste now
