This chair was a terrible purchase. It was nothing like it is shown and how it was explained. Flat, no support and the back that is shown for you to set back against has no height or support. The problem is that if you want to return your item you cannot put it back in the box and you cannot ship it back without it being a huge inconvenience. It’s easier just to keep and make a not to never purchase this item again.

The top of the bean bag chair never fluffed up after unpackaging it. It just stayed flat and sad looking. When you sit on it you have to basically sit on the floor if you want and sort of back support. It isn't the best design. My dogs enjoy it.. so at least they'll get some use out of it.

Initially I’ll say this is a really nice cozy lounger. It came packed rolled and vacuumed sealed. I like that the cushion is attached via zippers. One at the top and one at the bottom end. It isn’t your typical bean bag in the sense that this has memory foam so you won’t sink to the floor except that if a person is heavier that may not be the case. The reason for only 4 stars is that the back rest part isn’t as sturdy as the bottom which won’t allow for a larger person to really sink in and relax. My grands will love this. Perfect reading nook for them.
