Very easy assembly and very comfortable. I forgot it even had a massage option since its so comfy.

Really happy with this purchase. The chair is extremely comfortable, and the massage functionality works much better than I expected. One thing worth noting (not a dealbreaker, but important to know) is that it’s wider than advertised — with the arms attached, it measures closer to 31". Overall, still very pleased with the chair.

Instructions are pretty bad and I’m not a novice at building things. It’s really comfortable though. Great for a shorter person (I’m 5’1”). Color is a little darker and less two-toned than expected. The listing said there is heating which isn’t true. I was really looking forward to that feature.
