Very comfy. Fits my 5. 1" frame. Fairly easy to assemble. Took my husband and I about 1.5 hrs. To assemble . The massage feature is a bonus although a little chintzy but I didn't buy it for that. It replaced my 30 yr. Old chair that I just couldn't find a replacement for. My kids are happy. Fits in my small tv room.

Love this recliner. I have been eyeing one of these for sooooo long and was always afraid to buy one without sitting on it first. I have chronic severe physical medical issues and a lot of chairs, couches, and all different kinds of seats are super uncomfortable for me. I have purchased several chairs now and have hated them all. So happy I decided to take a chance on this one….. thank you !!!!

Great chair and ottoman for the price. Assembly directions could’ve been more clear though. The red cable in the instructions was not included, however, all of the massage features work.

The chair is kind of hard to sit on. I like the massage part but when I read about it, it is supposed to be to have heat, which is what I need. That was the reason of buying this one for the heat. The price is reasonably but not what I wanted or read in the description. Disappointed. Would love to send back but to much trouble to load and box up again.

Nice recliner for a bedroom. A little low for a tall person after setup. Appears to be good quality. Be patient putting in the bolts. Some tight areas to work in. Massage is decent IMO.
