Banc Modica

I purchased this bench towards the end of November 2023 after I bought a new home. The bench was used only a few times.. never more than me and my girlfriend sitting on it (I’m 145 lbs and she’s 115 lbs). My girlfriend sat down to eat some food the other night and we heard a really loud pop/crack noise. We discovered that the bench cracked down the middle from her sitting on it. This bench is obviously not made well if it can’t support 115 lbs. I tried getting in touch with Wayfair support to get replacement but they told me it was past their 30-day policy and suggested I try contacting the manufacturer (Timbergirl). I checked their website and they don’t have any phone number or way to contact support. To say I’m upset about this purchase would be an understatement. Do not purchase this bench.

I use it outside on my front deck.

Great bench, looks nice, but despite the answer in the questions section, it definitely does not do well outdoors. The finish on the wood is peeling and cracking after just one summer (it was shaded, but not protected from rain).
