It looks great after it’s put together. I think I spent around 3-4 hours assembling it. The 3-star rating has more to do with the amount of time it takes to put it together. Also, it was damaged during shipping. It seems that it would easily be damaged due to the particle board that it’s made of. The top of the desk has 2 smashed corners. Luckily, the worst corner is at the back of the desk. I’m afraid it will wear & tear very easily once our family starts using it regularly. It looks great but is made from cheap material. Wayfair made it right by discounting the desk due to the damage.

Beautiful desk! Instructions were easy to follow but did take some time. Totally worth it!
