this arrived with cracking on the joints and staining on the wood. i got it on open box so you get what you get, but i don't recommend the unfinished wood because it stains so easily if exposed to any water.

I bought one of these for my fireplace last year and just bought a second one so I could bench them together when Im reading to my kids. I love their low profile but they are deep so we added floor pillows to the back to make them more comfortable. We have spent hours in these enjoying the fireplace! Highly recommend.
