I can only review the ordering and delivering of the wardrobe as the last parcel was delivered today. I will have someone install it. All aspects of ordering and delivery was exactly as described except when it was clearing customs. I received an emailed that it was being delivered that day. Fortunately the lady I spoke to in customer service cleared it up, checking it out for me and said it had just cleared customs, US to Canada and the items would be delivered as described when the order was placed.
