Do not move this frame with the bed or under frame attached. Not even a couple inches! It’s just not sturdy enough to risk. Moving the mattress and undercarriage is a huge pain when you’ve got a King Size Bed. The center “pole” that supports the undercarriage by the head cracked, and now the bed is even less sturdy than it was (due to a makeshift fix we’ve had to employ). But the bed was never sturdy to begin with. Which is how we got into this mess.

The bed looks nice, and was not terrible to put together. However, the quality is very poor especially for the price. The drawers arrived damaged and the packaging was a mess. The thin middle support board broke within two weeks. Again, for the price, I would expect the bed to be made to support the weight of a mattress and two average sized people. We purposely looked at what we thought would be “higher quality” and were willing to pay more for said quality. So we are disappointed that it was not.

We purchased this bed for my son because we were updating his bedroom. I suggested several different beds for him to look at and he selected this one. Honestly, it is beautiful and great quality. It did not take long to put together and it arrived in great condition. I highly recommend this bed.
