The chair arrived in good condition and the leather/color is beautiful. No instructions were included but we figured out how to plug it in. The chair is extremely firm - not “cozy” at all. The recline button does not recline very far. The second button barely does anything at all - maybe slight boost in lumbar support? For the price we expected more. Meh.

It’s still in the packaging for the next month because I’m moving into a new space. But so far it feels comfortable. I sat in it while it was still in the box and I liked it. The color is great. And even though it was still in the box, it seemed very comfortable
