I bought 2 of these chairs for my home office. The chairs are very nice and the materials used on it is very good quality. I'm giving a 3 stars because both boxes came in damaged and hardware were missing. Even the replacement chair was missing hardware because the box was also damaged during shipping. Then, after a week of usage one of the chair hydraulic cylinder started to go down by itself. I just gave up at the end!

After knowing I have to work from home for more than 1 year, I want the new chair to be designed to support my back, breathing fabric, flexible, silent, and solid of course. This chair beats my expectation for all these requirements.

Easy to assemble and looks good but unfortunately it's pretty uncomfortable. Very little cushion and I've had to stop using it for work.

Amazing office chair! Needed a proper one with remote working now permanent in 2020 and this one is beautiful and comfortable. Hoping it stays that way in the long term. NOTE: not easy to put together! Took approx an hour and instructions were pictures only, not very helpful

The shipping is fast, the box was broken when I get it, but nothing missing. Easy to assemble, It spent me around 15 minutes to set up without my husband’s help. It is the one what I am looking for!
