We've used these stools in our community food pantry for the 2 years now, and they are holding up great and are very comfortable to sit on.

Excellent chair. Exactly what I was looking for. Thought at first I might need to by a thin cushion for long days - but have not even thought about it since purchasing. This chair is just inherently comfortable and very solid quality feel. Would recommend.

Great chair. It looks great and is comfortable to sit on for long periods. The castors glide so effortlessly that it's a little dangerous. The chair too easily squirts out as you try to sit down. It would be nice if one or two of the castors had a tensioning device to add som resistance.

Worse than useless. At its lowest setting, it's too tall for an above average height desk, but when you really expand it to its full height, you'd have to be at least 8 feet tall to even manage to get your bottom into the seat. Oh. And it's doesn't actually go back down. What a hunk of junk. To make matters worse, it was missing a part (turns out it was just cosmetic), but while I waited weeks and weeks for that PART, my ability to return the chair passed. Then, adding insult to injury, instead of sending the replacement part, Wayfair sent me a second WHOLE useless chair. What the actual...? The box this thing comes in is massive. Should be fun lugging that out to the mail. Rarely shop at wayfair due to persistent quality issues. Will be unlikely to shop here again. Sheesh.
