Flimsy couch, or potentially poorly assembled? Wobbles from side to side. But what was I expecting at the price?

If I could leave a half of a star in this order, I would. They arrived on time and it's beautiful. I love the color and the material. However, they didn't ship the legs or the hardware so the couch sits slanted on the carpet. My husband propped up two pieces of wood underneath to stabilize it as much as he could, but no one could sit on it. In addition, why would they, it's so low that getting up and down would be uncomfortable. We were told the legs would arrive a week later. It is now 12 days later and I'll give you the short version. Numerous calls, emails, and promises and today I got two emails stating they had to cancel them. No explanation, no number to call, only this..."We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you haven’t received a different resolution for this order yet, a Replacement Parts Specialist will be reaching out to you within 2 business days." We missed having our couch ready for Thanksgiving and now we are beginning to worry it won't be serviceable by Christmas. We paid in full for a complete couch, legs included, and it seems no one is in a hurry to get us our parts. I've been a loyal customer for over four years and I can say without a doubt they have always been reputable and attentive. However, this gives me pause and I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. Which upsets me because until now, I've enjoyed the pieces we have in our home.

It is a very beautiful sofa, elegant and presentable as I wanted for my sitting room. Special thank you to the delivery team, they have assemled it fast within 5 min.

Very pleased with this couch for the price! Glad I bought it with free White Glove delivery (I hate assembling furniture). It's a gorgeous blue-green, firm, which I like, and suits the small room I am using it in.
