Great ottoman! It was very rigid when first received but over time it has softened and its perfect now. It’s a medium gray and the material is very soft. All in all I highly recommend.

The pouf arrived exactly as pictured and overall we are very happy with the looks and functionality of it. The only reason for 4 stars vs. 5 was the strong smell when we took it out of the plastic it was wrapped in, which took a number of days to dissipate.
