Product dies not match advertised product. Very dissatisfied...

Ive had terrible luck with Wayfair! This is what my ottoman looks like!

Missing a couple of pieces from the package. Overall, good quality and comfortable to sit in.

This chair is about 35” tall at best, not the height listed of 36”. There are drill holes in the base that are exposed even w the cushion on it. They show because the cushion affixes loosely by Velcro. According to other reviews and the instructions, the drill holes are for arms that did not come in the package. This is a very cheaply made chair, being passed off as an armless chair when it has holes showing where the arms are supposed to be screwed into!

The order came in several days before it was expected so that was a nice surprise. The color is very nice, and the fabric is pretty. The biggest issue was that it came without instructions. There are holes drilled in the bottom that make no sense at all. There is also a big metal bar that we had no clue what it was for. We called Wayfair on a late Sunday afternoon and they were WONDERFUL. So very helpful!!!! They told me they would reach out to the manufacturer and have instructions emailed to me asap. Of course the representative apologized, but obviously it wasn’t Wayfair’s fault. It happens. I was so happy with the customer service that we received. I am telling everyone I know to buy from them for that reason alone!
