Product and service /delivery was great

The ottoman is the size and color I envisioned. I had fabulous customer service with ordering through the Oak Brook store. Staff designer viewed my room photos, talked me through options and offered professional suggestions. It has potential to look great in my space. My issue: the leather top is damaged. It looks like it was pressed against something in transit leaving a deep groove/line. I’ll have to call to see how to address the issue.
