I’d give it 5 stars but the cabinet isn’t a true black. It is a brownish black. However, it is black enough. It is a very nice piece! I’m glad I bought it. I paid to have it assembled and all went very well! I actually love it!

Very nice and solid. Great addition to the dining room.

Very sturdy cabinet. Was a little difficult to put together! Now I just need to fill it up.

The item they sent is not assmbling as they explained in the guide. Its a defective item they sent me

this item is TERRIBLE, and absolutely a safety concern. we are a reasonably handy family and have never had trouble putting furniture together. After we finished putting this piece together, we leaned it slightly to put on a dolly in order to move it to another room. the very minimal pressure of being leaned caused the unit to basically fall apart, as all of the dowels dis-attached. (see pics) as you can see, the structural integrity is basically dependent on dowels, even with the metal/plastic screws serving as a dowel and allowing the top of the unit to be lifted right off. This is not a sound method and is definitely not safe for a piece of furniture this tall that will hold any weight. we went to do a return and ended up just accepting 15% of our money to throw it away rather than disassembling, repacking it, and paying for shipping, that’s how bad it is.
