J ai eu un problème avec le fauteuil. Wayfair l’a remplacé très rapidement. C’était vraiment facile .

I got two of the thin tower shelves to make a tall bookcase between a wall and a desk in my home. The first order arrived damaged. Both packages had the same issue: a corner of a shelf (part 3) was BROKEN to the point I couldn’t even build it. I contacted Wayfair customer service, who said they couldn’t replace the parts and instead shipped me another 2 whole packages. I opened them and they have the SAME PROBLEM AS THE FIRST TWO. Only one is not broken beyond being able to build, but come on (the photo included is of ALL OF THE SAME PART, for some reason they ARE NOT INTERCHANGABLE with other shelves in each package). I originally told them it was a packaging issue and no one listened to me. It sucks. I thought in the end I would at least be able to use my new bookcase. I can work with minor visual imperfections, but imperfections where it affects hardware placement are a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Now I just have the parts of 4 packages scattered around, and 3 of those packages are completely unusable. Until they start shipping these with more protected corners I am NOT buying stuff like this anymore. Complete waste of my time and my money. 0 STARS IF I COULD.
