Looks great

As a homeowner and parent to four kids, I've assembled more than my fair share of these products. This is the first time I've been compelled to write a negative review. The assembly instructions are atrocious. First, if you follow the directions, your drawer slides will be in backward. Second, in two places the pieces are lettered incorrectly in the instructions. Third, not all holes are shown in the drawings, which can leave you mystified as to what goes where. Fourth, the extension slide assembly shows the screws going into the incorrect holes (but if you align them with the pre-drilled locations you'll be fine). Finally, the drawings are simply inadequate to explain which piece is going where. I've never had a difficult time assembling similar items, but these directions are the worst I've ever encountered. Unless you're an engineer, you'll be taking apart and re-assembling various sections numerous times to get it correct.

We are very pleased with the products. We plan to purchase a 6 piece bedroom set soon.

Instructions were very poor and required a lot of interpretation. One of the pieces came chipped where a screw was supposed to go as well, which required a new hole to be drilled. This was not part of the instructions.

***UPDATE: After nearly 3-4 weeks, I finally rec'd the hinges and replacement piece for the panel that was broken. The person I hired was able to finish putting them together and they are EXTREMELY cheap, poorly made, and still damaged. I have included more pictures. I am not sure what my options are, but so far I am out the money for the desks, out the money for hiring someone to put them together, have had to delay projects at work because offices aren't ready... This whole thing has been a nightmare. I could not be more disappointed in a purchase. Unfortunately, all three desks that I ordered, did not come with the required hinges. All three of them had the box for the hinges, but all three boxes were sealed and empty. Clearly a packaging issue. One of them had a damage panel as well. Customer service is rectifying the situation, but it has taken me nearly a week to go back-and-forth with them and send them pictures before I had a resolution. And now it is going to take another one to two weeks to receive the hinges and replacement panel. They’ve been friendly, but unfortunately, it’s taking a lot of time and effort on my end.
