After about 4 hours of assembly, the middle shelves keep opening. They won’t remain stay closed. I attached pics to the incident portal but no update or support. Corner shelves seem fine, but all three in the middle keep sliding out.

Perfect fit for our small bedroom. Easy installation, maybe 3 hours!

I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. I spent days researching dressers and chose this one mainly because the listing clearly showed black ball-bearing drawer slides. The product photos even include a close-up of that specific system, so I had every reason to believe that was what I was buying. After carrying one extremely heavy box up three flights of stairs, I opened it and discovered that the dresser came with completely different basic white roller slides. This is not a small cosmetic change. It is an entirely different drawer system, and it was the deciding factor in my purchase. Had the listing shown the actual hardware included, I would not have bought this dresser. The product I received does not match what was advertised, and I feel genuinely misled.

Perfect for my newborn clothes

I wish overall there was more depth in drawers and counter space, but large enough to hold my vintage post modern mirror.
