DO NOT bother to buy anything from Wayfair. They are beyond horrible! I never bought from them before and was wondering what the purchase would end up being like ... in my wildest dreams I could not have imagined the disaster is it. SHAME ON WAYFAIR! Sofa is a complete, utter, and absolute waste of money, and non-existent help from Wayfair! The item arrived incomplete, missing pillows and sides. Called Wayfair and they did absolutely nothing constructive except to tell me to address this with the manufacturer???? I bought from Wayfair, not the manufacturer. A complaint went off to Attorney General, BBB, as well as charge back from my card bank. Oh, the first of their customer DIS-service reps, wanted me to pack everything and take it somewhere (I didn't listen any more at this point)???? What???? A 70-year old disabled person is asked to do this??? What a disaster. I have no sofa in the living room to sit on, donated it when I purchased this catastrophe from Wayfair. My son is coming for a visit and has nothing to sleep on. What now, do I have to spend more money and get another - complete and working sofa - to correct Wayfair's cluster-F error? This outfit is a cesspool of incompetence and inability to provide service and products I paid for!
