Good product Teri le customers service and a plethora of billing errors and warehouse availability excuses. Item was support be in stock and ready to deliver. We sat on the floor of the family room for 4 weeks waiting. Donated the old furniture so the new furniture promise in 5-10 working day delivery would be a piece of cake. Nope, only excuses offer.

Very happy with this loveseat. Installation including passing through a couple narrow doorways took maybe 15 minutes. Seats are comfortable and holding up well. At 5 ft 9, I can have my feet on the floor without sitting too far forward. Love the big surface phone charger too. The cup holder nook's close button is a little too easy to graze, but all in all, I'm very pleased.
