Beautiful piece - soft and comfortable

Well this sofa looks beautiful. Is perfect for small apartments. My boxes arrived when expected. However it came without instructions, that was a bummer. I’ll give a 5 stars if the bottom cushion were a little more softer it’s to firm for my liking. Like seating on the hard floor kinda firm. I hope that with time it gets softer(crossing fingers).

The couch cushions are very firm. However, over time, the cushions have worn pretty quickly, so the couch slouches. I do like the velvety feel of the couch. We have had this couch for 9 months now, no kids/pets.
