My first set arrived without the ottoman after waiting over 2 months. They were unable to send me just an ottoman so they sent me another couch over two months later no ottoman again. The ottoman is a huge part of the set where it matches the pillows thats why I bought it. I ordered the first set in February and they still have not got it right after over 5 months.
