Where to start, well this chair was delivered wrapped up in a mile of bubble wrap and packing tape. At first I thought it fell off the FedEx truck, but later learned it was packed like that by the shipper. Next a 350lb weight capacity and 70" total recline is a joke. I'm 6' 250lb and this.chair is just big enough I would definitely look elsewhere if you are bigger than me especially since the thickness of the steel used in this construction is thin. But the worst of all is the upholstery is so thin at the edges that you noticeability feel the ends of the seat bottom and top jabbing you in the back. It was so dad, the only fix I had was to jam a blanket between the space between them. I bought this to recover from surgery. Now I have to recover from this chair too. After I no longer need this chair I'm throwing it away, it's garbage.

We have had this sofa for less than 4 months. The cushion are no longer firm. You sink down like you are sitting in a bowl. The back has already lost it's firmness. The USB port on one end no longer works. Very poor quality.

Great sofa. Very comfortable and the color is a beautiful grey.
